This module centres upon subject specific delivery in the Further Education and Skills Sector. You will be provided with an introduction to the curriculum content of your curriculum subject. You will develop an appreciation of the centrality of your specialist subject, and also how its study can enhance learning in different curriculum areas. You will develop strategies to create innovative approaches to curriculum design; measuring and evaluating the purpose and impact of the curriculum, and the assessment of teaching and learning in your curriculum area.

DPTL Maths for part time PGCE 14 PLUS commences on Wednesday 1st December 2021 and runs for three weeks initially. This is in order that the 3 learners on the course, MR, RA and RI can commence to collate the evidence required in their portfolios, bu gaining an understanding of the components of the course.
The course is once again picked up and runs from 2 nd March 2022 to 25th May 2022 for a further 9 weeks.
