WELCOME! The PPB module aims to enable you to manage behaviours in a range of learning environments across the Further Education and Skills Sector. It includes understanding the characteristics and impact of behaviours in the learning environment, related legislation and organisational policies. A key focus is promoting behaviours that contribute to a purposeful learning environment, along with an exploration of how to manage disruptive behaviours when and where they occur. The module involves the structured evaluation of your own practice in managing behaviours, to be assessed in a teaching and learning environment within the Further Education and Skills sector.
