As some of you may be aware, The Bribery Act 2010 came into force in July 2011.
It is an obligation under the Act that the University provides the relevant training to update all members of staff on what is involved in the Act and their roles and responsibilities. This training is therefore designated by the Vice Chancellor’s office as Mandatory.
The Executive Board and Board of Governors have approved a new Customer Care Policy and this important policy is available via: https://www.bolton.ac.uk/Governance/Docs/AntiBriberyPolicy.pdf
Following a review where it has been practicable to do so we have incorporated policies and procedures – documents accessed via: http://www.bolton.ac.uk/Governance/Documents.aspx
All employees are asked to familiarise themselves with these updated documents
To support these Human Resources has developed an interactive e-learning package to give you the relevant up to date information.
