In this module you will explore strategy in the contemporary global, business context, including an examination of global economic systems, international competition, instability, circular economy, new business practices, disruption, and business model innovation. This will include examination of traditional and contemporary approaches to strategy, strategic thinking, and stakeholder engagement, and consider corporate, business, functional and network strategies. You will also see how strategic thinking can applied to social enterprises and non-profit organisations.
