This module will assess the role and relevance of construction project management through in-depth study of the emergence of the modern construction industry and its revitalised approach to client objectives and the achievement of best practice.
Summative assessment will comprise one assignment involving investigation, analysis and appraisal of a project scenario and one end of module written examination.
