Critically appraise the factors involved in making decisions regarding the life-cycle of property.
Develop creative solutions to building services maintenance problems, and complete schedules and accurate property registers that take due account of economic restraints.
Critically evaluate the legal relationship between landlords and tenants in the course of a tenancy, and examine solutions to potential problems.
Evaluate new technology to assist in the maintenance of buildings.
