This module aims to develop an up to date and informed understanding of equal opportunities and anti-discriminatory practice within early years practice. You will learn how to provide opportunities to develop, implement and evaluate plans and activities to meet the diverse individual needs of children. The importance of working with the child alongside their families and multi-agency teams is an integral part of this module.
The module serves to develop employability skills with particular emphasis on communication, teamwork, self-awareness, social, public and ethical responsibility.
