Alcohol and drug use remains a constant issue within society. This module will explore the current patterns of use in the UK and support you to develop confidence in identifying effective responses that can be used to tackle the harms experienced by individuals, families and communities. Factors such as health inequalities, the family, society, political and legislative responses and their effect on patterns of use will be considered.
