This module is designed to help you to understand the fundamental nature of the substantive foundation subjects. The module is intended to help you explore the seven foundations of legal knowledge and give a frame of reference to what may be thought of as a number of disparate areas of law but which in actual fact can and do overlap. You will be given the opportunity to develop and, most importantly, apply these skills to practical scenarios. The skills taught constitute to an essential background to anyone wishing to engage in the study of law.
