Leadership and Management are core concerns for many organisations in the 21st Century, due to the turbulence of the business environment, increasingly information intensive nature of all aspects of organisation and rising expectations amongst workers for clear direction and strong management.
This module focuses on the development of a range of competences and capabilities in leadership and management at the individual level, within an overall context of the student's employment.
